About the website and books
The Dutch for Doctors website and books are intended for informational and educational purposes, especially for dentists who want to learn Dutch.
Purpose and liability.
The contents of the website and books are intended for educational use only. Copying or using materials for your own purposes is not permitted. Violation may result in legal action.
Intellectual property rights
All rights to texts, images, logos and other content on the website and books belong to Dutch for Doctors. Use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited and may have legal consequences.
Links to other websites
Dutch for Doctors is not responsible for content on external websites accessed through links on our site. Creating a hyperlink to our website is only allowed with prior written consent.
Privacy Policy
Information users provide to Dutch for Doctors is treated as confidential and not shared with third parties.
About the lessons
Lesson schedule and location.
Lessons are coordinated in advance via WhatsApp or phone and take place online via Zoom.
Group and private lessons
In case of high demand, groups are put together. If a group lesson is not possible, individual training is offered. Both options have the same price and content.
Lesson duration and breaks.
Each lesson is 45 minutes long, with a 15-minute break after the lesson. A maximum of three lessons per day are allowed.
Books and assignments
Use of our books during class is mandatory. All writing assignments must be fully completed to improve writing skills, essential for BIG registration.
Notes and vocabulary
Teachers take notes and translate them into English if necessary. New words, especially dental terms, should be learned after class.
Critique and feedback
Our feedback is intended to improve your language skills. Do not take this personally, but as support to work successfully in the Netherlands or Belgium.
Trial Class
A free 15-minute trial lesson is available to discuss our method and terms.
Payment and book delivery.
Lessons and books must be paid in advance. Books will be shipped within 6-14 days to a specified address within the EU. Shipping cost: € 20.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellation of lessons can be done up to 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or SMS. Stopping midway will not entitle you to a refund.
Learning Outcomes
The success of the course depends on your commitment. We provide guidance, but the learning process is in your hands.
Booking individual classes at Dutch for Doctors
Don't want to take a full language course, but rather book individual lessons? That is possible! Contact us and we will discuss the possibilities together. Please note that due to the language courses, our language teacher is not always available for individual lessons.
Cancellation of appointments
Would you like to change a made appointment? This is possible, as long as you indicate it in a timely manner. Cancelling a lesson must be done at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or SMS to
